How should I build the digital art file for best results?
All files must match Kubin’s specifications.
What if I need to make a small change to a digital file, such as changing a date or a directional?
If we have the working file, our prepress staff can make the change and provide a PDF for review. If final PDFs or 1 bit tiffs are provided, we generally require a new file with the correction supplied to us before we can proceed.

What is the best way to ensure I get the colors that I want?
Kubin’s staff will make sure that the correct printer is used for the job at hand to ensure an eye-catching print every time.
Is there a difference in price for printing 1 color or full color?
If the job is being printed on our KBA 205 offset press there is a reduced cost for 1 color jobs. Our digital presses print using 4/C process so all jobs are produced in full color mode.
Do you offer double sided prints for banners?
Yes, in most cases we can meet any two-sided printing request.
Will the printed product look exactly like the design proof displayed on my monitor?
It is recommended, but not required, for a digital proof to be sent along with the digital art file.
How do I install the banners?
Many different finishing options are available at Kubin and we’ll work with you or an installer of your choice to determine the best process. We’ll then finish your project accordingly to further assure an efficient and problem-free installation.
How long will the banners last?
From kit packing and sheet rolling to taping and shrink-wrapping, Kubin’s finishing department has the equipment necessary to put the final touch on an already great print to ensure a long-lasting, durable final product.

Banners are printed on durable, weather-resistant material and should be rolled graphic side out.

Kubin-Nicholson has two centrally located production plants to reduce shipping time and cost on customer orders across the country. If you need a job completed faster than our standard production time, rush charges will apply. Discuss your specific needs with your sales rep or account manager.

My product contains a defect or is damaged, what can be done?
If you’re unhappy with your finished product because of defect or damage, contact your sales rep or account manager and we will promptly repair or replace the product in question. We do require return of the damaged product so our staff can evaluate and review to prevent future occurrences.
